Respected Sir,

I am final year student of the M.Tech course in Atmospheric Science (2016-18). I have already built the WRF/Chem model. When I am trying to go to the sensitivity analysis of ozone species,firstly i have change my namelist.input and namelist.wps file according to my project need then run Geogrid, Ungrib and Metgrid. Further, off &Chem and auxiname file then to run the job id, i have open real.exe and off the ulimit and wrf.exe. Then generate the wrf_input and wrf_bdy file which is copy to the Anthro/src directory. Then i have try to run Anthro emission then some errors is coming. Actually, i have modified the two chemical species (CO, NOx) and inserted into the MOZCART and then try to run Anthro emissions then they not able to read CO species file.

 

I have attached the doc file.So my kind requests you to please help in this regard.

I assume you have an error in your emission file. I states it cannot find the file "/home/avyaktp/Build_WRF/Emissions/ANTHRO/EDGAR-HTAP/backup/EDGAR_HTAP_emi_CO_2010.0.1x0.0.nc". Make sure you have the spelling of the filename correct.

This error looks like there is a timing issue, the time in the wrfinput_d01 file does not fall

in the interval of times on the EDGAR_HTAP file.

Avyakt, could you please send your anthro_emis.inp file and the EDGAR.hdr file

produced from the following command:

ncdump -h EDGAR_HTAP_emi_CO_2010.01.x0.1.nc

I think this is related to how you set the start_output_time in your namelist file. Please send us you namelist file in addition to the header Stacy requested.
