failed to read namelist; error = 239

Hello all,

I've recently been learning to use the anthro emis. I am trying to generate a map of a specific emission source for PM2.5 (Road_Transport, Energy, Waste, ...) using the HTAP_v3 dataset (https://jeodpp.jrc.ec.europa.eu/ftp/jrc-opendata/EDGAR/datasets/htap_v3/). I'm not an expert and I'm unsure how to define emis_map.  After running the anthro emissions: "./anthro_emis <anthro_emis.inp> anthro_output.output" , I am getting the following error:

main_bc_wrfchem: failed to read namelist; error = 239

which gives the above error...
Is emis_map defined correctly? How should I define emis_map? I have attached the file anthro_emis.inp and a snapshot of the list of files.

I'd be very grateful for any assistance you can provide.
