[ral-tcgp-users]: Service Notice: TCGP service restored

Dear TCGP Users,

The server operating system upgrade was successful. TCGP service was restored at approximately 0400 UTC on 03/07/2023. The real-time data scripts have been run for the two missing cycles (2023/03/06/18z and 2023/03/07/00z), so there should be little to no loss of data. 

If anything does not seem to be working, please contact ral-hur...@ucar.edu.
