Assistance with Downloading nlcd2011_30m+gtopo_30s Data for WRF-Hydro

Hi,

I would like to recreate a domain for my WRF-Hydro test case.

In namelist.wps, under the section:
geog_data_res = 'nlcd2011_30m+gtopo_30s+default'

Could you please let me know where I should download the nlcd2011_30m+gtopo_30s dataset?

I have already uploaded the geographical input data, but I encountered the following error:

Parsed 50 entries in GEOGRID.TBL  
Processing domain 1 of 1  
ERROR: Could not open /home/fatemehs/Geographical_Input_Data/WPS_GEOG/topo_30s/index  

Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
