Sevgili Değişim gönüllüleri,

Sizleri gelenekselleşmiş olan ve tüm Avrupa'daki değişimcilerin gelişimi konusunda büyük katkısı olan European X Talks etkinliğine davet etmekten mutluluk duyarım!

Online olarak gerçekleşecek bu muhteşem etkinlik tüm değişim gönüllülerimizin hem bilgilenip hem de Avrupa'daki diğer değişim gönüllüleri ve onların sistemleri ile tanışması için muazzam bir fırsat sağlıyor. Etkinliğin içeriği;

İlk oturumda SCOPE ve SCORE Avrupa Bölge Asistanları Margarida ve Gülce  Avrupa Bölgesi NEO, NORE ve VPX’lerinden edindikleri outgoing seçim analizleri hakkında elde ettkileri bulguları sizlerle paylaşacak ve katılımcıların da kendi outgoing seçim sistemlerini tanıtıp Avrupa Bölgesindeki diğer NMO’larla fikir alışverişinde bulunma şansı yakalayacağız!

İkinci oturumda Pre-Departure Training hakkında SCOPE CBA Hamid Himat ve SCORE CBDA Mikuláš Hampl eğitici ve aydınlatıcı geçecek bir oturum gerçekleştirecektir. PDT'ler özellikle outgoingleri değişimlerine hazırlama sürecinde çok büyük bir önem taşıyor, o sebeple bu oturuma katılmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim!

European X Talks | SCOPE/SCORE: Outgoing Selection and PDT

Outgoing Selection is a really important step of Academic Quality in our Exchanges. Through Outgoing Selection, we aim to find the most qualified outgoings to go on Exchanges. Year after year we try our best to find the fairest system we can to select our outgoing either by pointing systems, exams, or any other method. We, your SCOPE and SCORE RAs, Margarida and Gülce have sent you, NEOs, NOREs and VPXs from the European Region, and we have been collecting data and analyzing the outgoing selection process in Europe. Now it's time for us to share our findings and for you to present your Outgoing Selection system and provide input to each other in order to improve our Outgoing Selection systems all over Europe starting in each NMO. Your input is crucial to help other NMOs to improve their Outgoings Selection, so please, join us!

And the second part of this session will be about Pre-Departure training, facilitated by our amazing SCOPE CBA, Hamid Himat, and SCORE CBDA, Mikuláš Hampl. PDT is a major step in preparing your Outgoings for their Exchanges, so this part of the session will help you make the best out of it!
