and calculations are provided. And every home frame in the Carlsbad
Collection includes an International Building Code (IBC) Stamp and a
Stamp of a state engineer.
FrameUpNow – Build-Ready Structural Frames
FrameUpNow offers more than 220 curated Build-Ready Frame designs
that are ready for immediate manufacturing. Each design is available with
2×4 or 2×6 exterior wall construction, thus 440 curated Build-Ready
Frame designs.
All frames are fully engineered and stamped to (IBC) standards. After
supplemental engineering for the project location, each design also
receives the required state engineering stamp confirming compliance
with local wind speed, snow load, and seismic conditions.
Every frame package includes a complete Bill of Materials (BOM)
detailing the parts and quantities required beyond the structural frame. The
package also includes suggested schematic layouts for mechanical,
electrical, and plumbing (MEP) to support the full construction process.
