Hello TUCSON HOME WORKS Team,

My name is Aria Davis, my brother, Benjamin and I are reaching out regarding a ground-up commercial construction project we own in Tucson, Arizona.

The project consists of a new approximately 4,900 SF building with ground-floor retail and owner-occupied office space above, along with associated site work.

The construction drawings are complete, and the project is fully funded. We are currently engaging a small group of contractors and plan to award the project within the next few weeks, with a target construction start in early fall.
