I wanted to reach out and briefly introduce our firm. We help general contractors and design offices prepare construction documents, permit packages, and cost estimates for projects across the residential and commercial sectors.

Our in-house licensed engineers handle sealed drawings and shop drawing preparation for structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Many of our clients prefer having a single source for multi-trade documentation to reduce back and forth during submittals.

For firms with ongoing pre-construction needs, we offer a monthly estimation package at $1,200. It covers quantity takeoffs, cost planning, and budget summaries for roughly fifteen projects each month.

Our broader capabilities include architectural drawings, BIM modeling, structural design, MEP coordination, material takeoffs, and project scheduling. We make sure every document aligns with local building codes and approval requirements.
