Hi Elmer

Below is the list of projects we would like to start.

Entryway

Build wall with electrical on entry side.

On dining room side leave the wall smooth and we will put the tile on ourselves

Entertainment area

Remove 1 shelf and build another below it

Office

Frame out to height that matches the front door and hang double doors.

Kitchen

Brian to install new sink

Depending on the price maybe hook up the RO system he looked at

Primary Bathroom

Install new faucets on both sinks (he will let you know what the costs is to fix the low water flow problem)

Laundry room

Will wait to see what Brian's estimate is to fix leaky water for washer

Painting

Paint only the entry, dining room (2 walls) we will take are of the backside of the new wall

Paint long hallway

Paint living room and entertainment area and above the fireplace and shelves to the right of fireplace

Paint kitchen and breakfast nook, pantry

Paint primary bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom

I have changes the colors I want so I will buy the paint but I need to know how much of the 2 new colors to paint

Outside

Need estimate for the leaking hose bib 

May or may not do anything with the other 2 so please show all 3,  but price the leaky one separately.

Electrical

Did not see the price for the 3 ceiling fans or the 4 lights (1 in entryway, 2 in dining room, 1 in breakfast nook) We may hold on that but still need to know the price.

I think that is it.
