This group is for discussion of local issues in the Troost Plateau Neighborhood of Kansas City, MO. Residents and businesses in the Troost Plateau neighborhood and nearby neighborhoods within the 49/63 Neighborhood Coalition are welcome to join this group.

No Spam or Excessive Promotion: Avoid constant self-promotion, advertising, or selling, and do not send chain letters.
Avoid Controversial Topics: Refrain from discussing politics or religion to maintain community harmony.
Use Clear Subjects: State the topic clearly in the subject line to help others filter emails.

Technical & Privacy Rules

Protect Privacy: Do not share personal information about others or private emails without permission.
No "Reply All" for Thanks: Avoid filling inboxes with "me too" or "thank you" messages.
Limit Attachments: Avoid large attachments that can clog mailboxes.
Identify Yourself: Include your name and location in your signature.
Use Proper Formatting: Do not type in all caps, which is perceived as yelling.

Moderation & Safety

No Hate Speech: Prohibit harassment, bullying, racism, sexism, or defamatory material.
Verify Information: Ensure information shared is accurate.
Moderator Rights: Empower moderators to delete, block, or warn members who violate rules.
