Kindle Fire gone missing

My 8th grade son Christopher's Kindle was taken from his backpack while in Drama class today in the Aftercare Room.  He left it on top of his backpack, went down the hall for a drink of water and it wasn't there when he got back.  :-(  

It's a 7" Kindle Fire and is password protected.
