Shared Chromebooks icon size selection prompt each log in issue

Hi All,

I have noted since September our shared Chromebooks are prompting for our students to set icons and font sizes each time they log on? This can get rather annoying for the younger students. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any ideas on how I can resolve it?
