Help request - adding co-teachers

My colleague cannot be added as a teacher to a class. Three different members of staff have tried to add her and we are all seeing the same error message "{email} cannot be added"

I can't see anything different about her account to ours, the class doesn't have too many teachers in already, we're a bit stumped.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Check they are in the classroom...@newcastlecitylearning.me.uk group email. This gives them the permissions to be a teacher in GC

Check they aren't in an OU or group with Classroom turned off.

Check that autofill isn't adding a misspelt version of their email.
