Subject Access request

Hello all, 

We've received a Subject Access Report for a pupil, and are looking for an efficient way to export all the relevant Workspace files to share them with the outside party. Can anyone recommend a good way to do this?

Greetings Fiona,

Ahuh! One of Kami's most-loved tools is ⭐Split & Merge⭐. This can be used from inside of Kami app to split or join any files and pages. Also, you can use it directly from your drive. 

• Kami Split & Merge extension to use right from drive: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/kami_split_and_merge/1017501917745

From drive, select all the files you'd like to collate, right-click and choose "Open with" --> "Split & Merge. Put all the relevant pages together into one new file and simply download or share via link/QR code with those outside parties who need the information.
