אזהרת אבטחה דחופה / URGENT SECURITY WARNING

  Dear Toras Avigdor Mailing List Members,

An email was sent to this mailing list on Monday, March 23rd that appears to be a party invitation from Punchbowl / Greenvelope. THIS EMAIL IS FRAUDULENT. It was sent from a compromised account and contains dangerous links.

DO NOT click any links in that email.
DO NOT open any files downloaded from that email.

Every link in that email — including "Open your invitation," "RSVP," "Unsubscribe," and even the links that say "sup...@greenvelope.com" — leads to a malware download (.exe file) that can compromise your computer.

IF YOU ALREADY CLICKED A LINK:
• If you clicked but nothing downloaded or you didn't open a downloaded file — you are most likely fine. Delete any downloaded files.
• If you downloaded AND opened/ran a file ending in .exe — your computer may be compromised. Disconnect from the internet, run a full antivirus scan, and change your passwords (email, banking, etc.) from a DIFFERENT device such as your phone.

We sincerely apologize for this incident and are taking steps to prevent it from happening again.

ביום שני, כ"ג באדר ב׳, נשלח מרשימת תפוצה זו אימייל שנראה כהזמנה למסיבה מ-Punchbowl / Greenvelope. הודעה זו היא הונאה. היא נשלחה מחשבון שנפרץ ומכילה קישורים מסוכנים.

אל תלחצו על אף קישור באותו אימייל.
אל תפתחו קבצים שהורדו מאותו אימייל.

כל הקישורים באותו אימייל — כולל "Open your invitation" ,"RSVP" ,"Unsubscribe", ואפילו הקישורים שכתוב עליהם "sup...@greenvelope.com" — מובילים להורדת תוכנה זדונית (קובץ .exe) שעלולה לפגוע במחשב שלכם.

אם כבר לחצתם על קישור:
• אם לחצתם אך לא הורדתם קובץ, או שהורדתם אך לא פתחתם אותו — ככל הנראה אתם בסדר. מחקו כל קובץ שהורד.
• אם הורדתם וגם פתחתם/הרצתם קובץ שמסתיים ב-.exe — ייתכן שהמחשב שלכם נפגע. התנתקו מהאינטרנט, הריצו סריקת אנטי-וירוס מלאה, ושנו את הסיסמאות שלכם (אימייל, בנק וכו׳) ממכשיר אחר כגון הטלפון.
