 If you are unavailable this Wednesday at 10 PST/1 EST please let me know. 

I know we're in the deep pocket of summer this week, but we also have some meaty stuff to dive into vis a vis the future of this group! Vacation is important though; I was out last week or else this would have been a more timely email :) 

Assuming we have a critical mass, we'll be focusing on group governance. 

Please take a look at Amanda's drafts for mission/vision statements (thank you!)

And our agenda in case you have suggestions/additions/revisions.
