Cheat sheet web page for starting a tool library?

Hey all,

I'm sure you all get some version of the question "My community is thinking about starting a tool library, where do we start?" a lot in your email inbox.

We send a semi-canned response to everyone, but I think it could be helpful to have a page on the TLA website to point them to with some resources about getting started.

I started a brainstorming document here. Please throw in any canned response, links, or pointers you send to inquiring people and I'll work to turn them into something we can all link to as a starter resource.

I saw that Shareable has a page with starter tips, but it has some broken links and also includes the hated Local Tools map! We can probably help them update their links to be more useful to future libraries.
