[ANNOUNCE] vere-v3.0

vere-v3.0 is scheduled for release next Monday on ~2024.3.11.

The release includes the epoch system, support for informal pings, persistent nock caching and MDNS local routing. The epoch system is functional as soon as you install vere-v3.0, the other big ticket items require the upcoming 411k release.

This release is not backwards compatible with vere-v2.12.

vere-v3.0 has now been released. If you are self-hosted, use the command <your-ship>/.run next to upgrade.
