411k is scheduled for release two weeks from now on ~2024.3.18.

This major kelvin release includes encrypted remote scry, the epoch system, persistent nock caching and MDNS local routing.

We discovered a problem with 411k informal pings at the 11th hour. We are currently implementing a fix and will announce the new 411k release date shortly.

I've updated 4 ships, 2 planets and 2 comets.  They all have the correct hash.

(I had to execute `|bump` to install the update..)

My problem is the web interface doesn't work.  If I go to https://dirwex-dosrev.arvo.network I see:

503 Error

There was an error while handling the request for /.

%docket not running

If I go to https://dirwex-dosrev.arvo.network/apps/groups I see:

503 Error

There was an error while handling the request for /apps/groups.

%docket not running

For the other ships I see the same thing but without the %docket message.

(Hmm, %pals and %rumors are still working so maybe it's a Tlon issue.)

What am I missing?
