Good Evening,
Having trouble getting the page up. When I go to create the page it doesn’t let me and says to make sure I am following the policies and now I’ve tried too many time to create it. Do you know what I could be doing wrong? I’ve created a Facebook profile which isn’t what I want.

As a follow up to national marketing comms sent out by Tim James last month, the below relates to the Optimal Facebook Structure which we will be implementing to improve the visibility of your local Facebook Pages. Whilst The Pistol are assisting us in setting the structure here, we still have total control and ownership of all the pages and IP. You will still have the ability (and responsibility) to manage your local Facebook Page.
In an effort to align our digital presence with best practice, we are optimising the location structure across the Facebook platform to a ‘Shops Location’ structure. All locations should have a Business Page set up as this allows for the best distribution of information and ease for customers when finding the business on Facebook.
We are reaching out as we have identified your PC as having a Facebook group/profile set up rather than a Business Page, which is limiting your visibility online.
