Business Facebook Page

Good Morning Beth,

 

Our branch was identified as having a Facebook group/profile set up rather than a Business Page.

 

Is there a way to convert it to a Business Page without creating a new one?

 

I’d like to keep our followers and content if possible.

 

Could you please let me know the best way to tackle this and what information you need from me?

Hi Gabrielle, 

It looks like we should be all good. 

I have just sent an access request over. if you could go through the following steps to approve that would be great!

1. navigate to "settings' -> "page setup" -> "page access"

2. from here you should see "People with Facebook access" and "People with task access" under this will be a request from "TP X MMEM" 

3. Approve this request

Let me know if you have issues with this and I'll give you a call on Monday to get to the bottom of it.

All sorted on our end! 

We won't require anything further on your end. This connection won't change anything on your side in terms of page management, just allows us access and futureproofing should anything go wrong with the page
