Dear TPAM Community,

Safety:
As we approach the holidays, it is likely we will see an increase in package thefts. Please leave your external lights on at night and report any suspicious behavior to Mesa PD and our Neighborhood Watch.

Parking:

Remember to register your guests’ vehicles when parking on the street. If you do not know your guest parking code, you can request it through the "Guest Code Request" form on the parking forms page of the website: https://www.thepalmsatmesa.org/parking/parking-forms

If you require parking for more than 8 vehicles simultaneously, you can request an exception via "Guest Parking Exception Request" form. Make sure to do this at least a week in advance as the property management team will be out of the office around the holidays. Requests that do not receive approval prior to the date in question are automatically rejected, so make sure to get yours in early to avoid violations and/or towing.
