Dear TPAM Community,

As roof tune-ups come to a conclusion at the Palms, the roofers will be ready to start repairs to the decks and balconies according to the following schedule:
  • Monday February 8, 2021:  Units 1050, 1138
  • Monday February 15, 2021:  Units 1150, 1161
  • Monday February 22, 2021:  Unit 1236
Repairs for each balcony are expected to take five (5) days total, followed by an additional 72 hours of no access/homeowner use of the area once work is complete.  In advance of these repairs, we need from each homeowner/occupant the following:
  • COVID-19 release form (attached) signed by occupants.  If the unit is rented the homeowners signature does not help us.  We need all occupants signatures.
  • Confirmation that the occupant will be available to provide access for DR Horton to implement these repairs and that the occupants are aware of repairs on their deck, including the date that the roofers will be at their unit.
  • Removal of all personal items from decks prior to the roofer's arrival.  Failure to remove personal items will delay repairs.
