To all Palms at Mesa Residents:
Please be aware that the pool area will be shut down until tomorrow afternoon/evening. We understand this is an inconvenience to all residents, however, it is mandatory to bring the both pools back to the sparkling blue they should be.
We will be sending out another email tomorrow with the time of reopening. Please contact your management team if you have any other concerns.

Our office in now open for walk in guests wishing to drop off payments, ARC requests or general correspondence. You may obtain a key, fob or remote by appointment with your community assistant. If you are meeting with accounting and or your community manager appointments are required 48 business hours in advance. Masks are required for entry into the building and while meeting with any of our APM Staff.
