Dear Residents of The Palms at Mesa:

 

We are excited to announce the reopening of The Palms At Mesa community clubhouse!

 

Any residents wanting to use the clubhouse area must first fill out the new “Clubhouse Covid‐19 Waiver” form on the

community website – https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScnCoX1xdK2FO_HdlSIs8lXBaoZ6BEEhW5UrTiMWGI-Xngp9w/viewform

 

Once your form has been submitted, management will review and activate your key fob for access to the clubhouse

during open hours (Currently 8:30am‐10:00pm) Please wait for confirmation from management that your fob has been

activated.

(Please review all information on the Covid‐19 waiver form, remember that new restrictions or adjustments to this

policy may go into effect at any point in time due to current State and/or Federal guidance.)
