Dear Community,
D.R. Horton has notified the Association of a schedule for additional stucco and sliding glass door repairs. Please review the schedule below to see if your unit is listed and when repairs will be made. For the stucco repairs, the members will need to keep their courtyard and side gates unlocked for access purposes. Those members with Nelson (middle) units will need to allow access to their rear yards through their units.
Stucco. The stucco repair schedule follows:
• Units 1006, 1019, 1032, 1087, 1088, 1105
o 1/15, 1/18, 1/25
• Units 1195, 1198, 1310, 1313, 1314, 1315
o 1/18, 1/19, 1/26
• Unit 1044
o 1/18 and 1/19
• Units 1090, 1097
o 1/19
• Units 1253, 1263, 1275, 1276, 1277, 1279, 1292, 1293
o 1/20, 1/25
Sliding glass doors. Repairs to Units 1242 and 1364 will be made on January 18 and 19.
