Please review the following reminders regarding parking rules & forms as parking enforcement will be stringent in the coming weeks.
Parking Rules for The Palms at Mesa:
Reminders of authorized parking are as follows:
To register your vehicle or a guest vehicle for GREEN stalls only please fill out the form at the link below.
OWNERS ONLY can fill out the form at the link below to receive their parking pin code to check on how many guest parking hours they have left for the month. You also need this code to register a guest or yourself for green stall parking.
If you need more hours for green stall parking, you will use the form at the link below.
If you would like to apply for a blue permitted permanent parking stall, you will need to register your first 2 vehicles for the garage first. That form is in the link below.
OWNERS ONLY can fill out a form for a leased blue permitted parking stall in the link below. This form will add you to the wait list for 2021. We will email you if a stall becomes available. You can choose to pay for the stall or pass to the next homeowner on the list.
OWNERS ONLY can fill out a request for a new BLUE PERMITTED PARKING STALL DECAL. If you have already paid for & signed a lease for a blue permitted parking stall you can fill out this form to replace your decal or get a new one.
