IMPORTANT PARKING ENFORCEMENT UPDATES

Good afternoon, Residents,
Over the past month, with the increase in the number of hours the community’s parking enforcement is onsite, we have noticed an increasing number of aggressive residents approaching the onsite parking patrol. The Board of Directors and the Management Team would like to remind the community that the security company is just a vendor hired to do the parking patrols on behalf of The Palms at Mesa Board of Directors. If you have any questions or concerns regarding parking, please refrain from approaching the onsite patrol and instead submit the inquiry via the link to the website provided or contact a member of the management team via the contact information also posted on the website. Failure to adhere to the above reminder will result in the management team contacting the community’s legal counsel and taking further action.

Our office is now open for walk in guests wishing to drop off payments, ARC requests or general correspondence. You may obtain a key, fob or remote by appointment with your community assistant. If you are meeting with accounting and or your community manager appointments are required 48 business hours in advance. Please note that our office is closed daily from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch and closed every Friday at 4:00 pm. Masks are required for entry into the building and while meeting with any of our APM Staff.
