****IMPORTANT**** PAVING SCHEDULE

Dear Residents,

As you are aware, the community has been undergoing the paving of the roads. 

We are continuing on Monday for some additional work and touch ups.  It is IMPERATIVE that ALL VEHICLES ARE MOVED from any spaces that are in the barricaded areas.  If vehicles are not moved, they will be towed at vehicle owners expense including any charges incurred to the association by the tow company. 

Additionally, there have been numerous reports of  vehicles driving on the fresh asphalt that have caused damage to the new roads.  Any vehicles that drive on the wet asphalt should be reported to management immediately.  Please REFRAIN from driving on the wet asphalt and avoid the barricaded areas.   

The paving project is to benefit the entire community and your compliance is greatly appreciated.
