Build real world use-cases as "challenges" to the ML/DL community based on fiboa datasets

Hi Fiboa:

Once we have spec/extension and datasets benchmark done, I see it will be very straightforward to wrap the real world use cases with sampled datasets and make them accessible to the ML/DL community to as a "challenge".

I know there are a couple of similar challenges before but most of them are general delineation task without detailed content/requirements. I also agree there are many limitation with such challenges but it is still a good way to generate interest and engagement.
