Hello,

Have you ever considered becoming an observer? Observers are ultimate's version of referees. We help resolve disputes and uphold Spirit of the Game, but unlike referees, we leave the majority of responsibility with the players. Learn more about the role of an observer.

Observing is a very engaging and rewarding activity. Personally, I have traveled to 25+ states, connected with many amazing people, and witnessed incredible ultimate, all while being paid for most of it.
