TCPAAA NEWSLETTER - CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS!
It's time to start sending in submissions for the TCPAAA 2021 Fall Newsletter. We encourage each association to send in articles highlighting their recent alumni activities and regional programs.
A few guidelines to follow:
1. Please do not submit your entire alumni or regional newsletter. Send only the articles that you wish to have included in the newsletter.
2. Send your activities in a separate Microsoft Word. Include the photo file name in the report so it is clear what photo goes where. Do not place the report or photos in the body of the email. The email body should contain the CPAAA's name, the sender’s name and phone number.
3. Please send photos in "jpg", "jpeg" or "png" format with a resolution of 96 or greater pixels.
4. Identify your alumni name in the subject line of the email (Do Not Use abbreviations only as some CPAAAs use the same letters).
5. Also, please identify your Region Number in the email. If you don't know what region your alumni is a part of, you can refer to the Region Map attached or click on the following link for a list of counties in each region: http://texascpaaa.net/TCPAAA/counties.htm
6. When you send the activities in a Microsoft Word document with photos, please also attach the original photos to speed up the editing and composition of the newsletter, as nearly all photos will be edited such as cropping, lighting enhancement, etc.
