Texas CPAAA Members –

 

  I feel I need to remind everyone again of the dates of the 2026 Texas CPAAA Convention & Law Enforcement Training.

 Check-In - Sunday July 12- check-out Thursday July 16 – Four-night stay

 

1. Sunday July 12 – Hotel Check-In, Registration Check-In, Exhibit Hall set-up and Ice Breaker that evening – Hospitality Courtyard

 

2. Monday July 13 – Breakfast, Delegates Meeting, Opening Ceremonies Classes all day and lunch provided – Dinner on your own And TOP GOLF  plus Hospitality Courtyard

 

3. Tuesday July 14 – Breakfast, Classes all day, lunch provided – Dinner on your own- Hospitality Courtyard

 

4. Wednesday July 15 – Breakfast, Classes (lunch on your own) more classes, Awards Banquet with a DJ and dancing after the dinner as well as Hospitality Courtyard

Check-Out Noon Thursday July 16

 

I am aware some of you may live local, you plan to go home after the dinner, we hope you will stay and enjoy the music and entertainment… but either way remember check-out is at noon that day, you will not have a room after 12:00 on Wednesday and the dinner is at 6pm.

 

And some of you have booked July 11- July 17. Please double check your room reservations.
