To all of our Alumni friends and family,

We are thinking about the tragic flooding in Central Texas, we know that Kerr County, in particular, Kerrville was hit very hard with the rains that caused the Guadalope River to rise 27 feet in 45 minutes. The last news report was 858 people who were rescued, eight were injured, per the sheriff's office. At least 27 people have been killed, including 18 adults and nine children.  There are still over 20 little girls missing from Camp Mystic and all girls Christian Camp.

I have either called or text some law enforcement and alumni members in that area last night and this morning to check on them and their families. They are safe, thank you God for their protection.  We know that the eleven members registered from Kerrville are safe and are on their way to Waco for convention.

Please keep all these families in your prayers.

Be safe on your way to convention, we look forward to seeing everyone in Waco tomorrow.

On behalf of the Texas CPAAA Board of Directors,

God Bless
