Hello TCPAAA members, last email before convention it’s only two weeks away.
There have been a few changes to the Class Schedule: (see attachment)
- Unfortunately, Border Patrol was removed, duty calls we know their jobs come first. Maybe we can schedule this class in 2023. But no worries, Montgomery County Sheriff’s CAAA has scheduled another High Profile, you will want to hear this presentation.
- Other small changes, such as the classroom or class was switched to a different day.
- “Swift Water Rescue” is no longer showing on the schedule but it is included with “What is a Constable”, this is because this program is under the Constables office, information will be in your program.
Reminders:
PARKING at Margaritaville Resort – Recommendation: when you arrive drive up to the front entrance of the resort, drop off your passengers and all of your luggage. Then drive to the designated FREE parking lot. You can walk back but there will be 4 six passenger golf carts running a shuttle back to the hotel entrance if you want a ride.
Rookie Orientation on Sunday June 12 @ 4:00pm - is this your 1st time to attend the Texas CPAAA Convention? If so, please come to the Amphitheater, we have info to share!
