*** If you are planning on attending the Convention Workshop THIS Saturday, August 12th,
PLEASE RSVP either to this email or my phone 979-299-7116 by Thursday, August 10th @ 5:00 pm.
In order to make preparations for the lunch we need an accurate head count.
Dorris is preparing printed copies of Convention information so the purpose is two-fold.
This is a one time workshop - it is important to send as many from your delegation a possible.
