Help needed for the Houston Marathon to Region One members

Hello everyone.

For a decade, the Houston Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association has been providing traffic control for the Houston Marathon.

While some of you have volunteered with us in the past, this year we have been given additional assignments so we have a need for more volunteers.

If you have interest in assisting for this Jan. 11, 2026, event at the George R. Brown Convention Center, please send me a note and I will forward the links to you to sign up.  In addition, there will be pre-Marathon optional training on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, at the South Central Police Station, 2202 St. Emanuel.  Additional information will be provided to those who sign up.
