Good afternoon,

Most of you have previously volunteered to serve as K9 decoys at HOU Airport, and I want to thank you all for your continued support and participation.

Headquarters will be at William P. Hobby (HOU) airport conducting an evaluation on one of the teams on November 17 and November 18, and we are in need of additional assistance. Specifically, we are seeking 3 decoy volunteers for November 17 and 6 decoy volunteers for November 18.The evaluation will take place between approximately 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I will provide a more definitive schedule once the evaluator confirms the exact times, roughly one week prior to the event. The evaluation will not begin earlier than 6:30 a.m. and will conclude no later than 10:00 a.m.

If you are available and interested in assisting on either day, please let me know at your earliest convenience. If you have friends or family members over the age of 18 who would like to participate on those dates, please share their names and contact information so we can schedule them as well. If you are unable to participate on those dates but would like to participate for regular training, let me know and I can add you to our regular training list.

Thank you again for your support and willingness to assist with this evaluations. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,

Hilda Brinas
