Important Notice - Hotel Room Reservations

I was just informed that some members have experienced issues making room reservations for the convention.

 

I spoke with my contact at the Courtyard Marriott, and she encountered the same issue when using the online reservation link. A ticket has been opened with their IT department, and she assured me they are actively working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

If you attempt to use the online link or call the hotel and are told there are no rooms available, please allow them some time to correct the issue. I will send a follow-up email as soon as everything is resolved. There are plenty of rooms available.

 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this matter is being addressed.
