Indeed the book Paige mentioned is a great starting point if you already know some JavaScript. We also have some great online courses by Laurence Moroney on Coursera that have some parts that go into TensorFlow.js and if you would like to understand more about Tensors themselves one of our Google Developer Experts (Gant Laborde) produced a course for this. Links below:
