TFJS Roadmap?

Yesterday I heard a talk about Tensorflow 2.0 and in particular Eager mode with Autograph and it got me wondering about the roadmap for TFJS.

From the Tensorflow Roadmap (in April) I see:

  • Release package for Node.js bindings to the TensorFlow C API through the TensorFlow.js backend interface
  • Expand support for importing TensorFlow SavedModels and Keras models into browser with unified APIs supporting retraining in browser
  • Improve Layers API and allow model exporting/saving
  • Release tfjs-data API for efficient data input pipelines

Is this still the up-to-date roadmap for TFJS?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The roadmap is somewhat out of date - we already released Node.js bindings (see tfjs-node) and support for model exporting and saving for Layers API, but not yet Data API. We'll update this roadmap accordingly and follow up on this thread.

Daniel
