No recurring monthly SIG meetings starting in 2023

Hi members of the TensorBoard SIG,

In light of sparse agendas and attendance at SIG meetings in 2022, we are suspending the recurring monthly meeting, starting in 2023.  We encourage SIG members to raise issues on GitHub if appropriate, or on this mailing list if you have topics that would benefit from being addressed to the SIG audience specifically.
