Hi folks,

Thanks for attending the SIG Networking kick-off call. Here's the meeting notes. And here's the TL;DR of next steps for us.

ACTIONS/SUMMARY

• Let’s use documents and asynchronous methods as much as possible.
  
• Who owns what currently exists?
  
• What is our plan for migrating to the new world?
  
• What do we need from Martin?

Paul, Bairen and Jeroen going to kick this off in a doc, bring in the whole group. Ideally, the aim ought to be a TensorFlow RFC that talks about the planned migration from contrib to tensorflow/networking, and new ownership, which can be circulated for broad comment.
