Here is a quick summary of updates:

* Anna has drafted a proposal to build/register networking plugins using TF C API

* Tongxuan has submitted an RFC for the grpc+seastar plugin:

We will start to work on concrete code changes and submit PRs. Again, contributions are welcomed :)

A quick reminder: TF Dev Summit will take place in the 2nd week next month. There is a time clash, so we will figure out the meeting schedule for March later on.
