MLIR Open Design meeting (6/16): Dynamic Definition of Dialects/Ops/Types/Attributes

Hi all,

This Thursday (9am California Time, 16:00 UTC ), @math-fehr will present a new way to define operations, types, attributes, and dialects, all at runtime! This should also allow users to also extend existing dialects with new operations and types, as well as defining them in other languages, for instance Python with the right Python API. He will discuss the current implementation, as well as some design choices.
