MLIR Open Design meeting (3/11): Discussion on Tensor type extensibility

Hi,

Tomorrow there is no presentation scheduled, instead we'll discuss the RFC about introducing a SparseTensor type and more particularly the alternative which is to make the builtin tensor type extensible by accepting an Attribute.

Important note: as a reminder we moved the schedule one hour earlier and will start at 9am (California time).
