MLIR Open Design meeting (4/15): PDL - Pattern Descriptor Language

Hi all,

At the end of 2019, Jeff Niu presented their intern project on "Interpreted Pattern Match Execution" (see the slides and recording from the previous presentation for context).

Since then, the prototype was cleaned up and fully revamped by River and is now mostly readily available upstream.

Tomorrow (Thursday, 9am California time, **16:00 UTC**), River will present the status of this work upstream! In particular we'll cover the pdl and pdl_interp dialects and the associated infrastructure.
