Parameters of LUT based activation functions

Hello,

I am looking for some explanation of the parameters that are used in the Sigmoid and Tanh activation function. Specifically, input_multiplier and input_left_shift are what I struggle with., They should be somehow related to the quantization parameters of scale and zero point (at least I assume so) but I don't know how they are related or how can I can get this information. Thank you!
