Updated paths for the TFLM makefile artifact directory

Hi everyone,

With this PR, the makefile artifact directory now has a specific suffix based on the build type. In most cases, this will be _default. See issue #46261 for the motivation for this change.

For anyone using full paths to binaries, project generation outputs etc. please be sure to use the updated paths.
