No Google presence at monthly meetings

Hi folks,

I wanted to let you know that for the time being, there will be no Google presence at the monthly SIG Micro meetings. This is because I am leaving the company. Google remains committed to TFLite-Micro, but it will take a little bit of time to identify a new tech lead for TFLite-Micro. The repository will still be monitored and maintained, so please continue to keep bringing issues there and sending PRs.

On a personal note, it has been wonderful getting to work with you all around this shared passion for TinyML. This is such an exciting space and I can't wait to see where it goes next.
